Research:

Our laboratory is interested in discovering or identifying better drugs for asthma, specifically:

  • Receptor theory for G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs)
  • Developing better beta-2 adrenoceptor ligands for asthma therapy
  • Quantifying ligand bias for beta-2 adrenoceptor ligands
  • Examining possible better therapeutics for heart failure
