Students filled the Skyline Room in Student Center South in September for the On-Campus Job Connection fair, where they had the opportunity to connect directly with hiring representatives from several Office of Administration departments. Participating employers included Parking & Transportation Services, UH Dining Services through Chartwells, Cougar Card Services, and Reimagined Parking, the university's game-day parking operations partner.

Creating a healthier, more sustainable work environment was among the key takeaways University of Houston executives gained during September's Human Resources Executive Series. The seminar featured Marina Sebastijanovic, associate professor at the Bauer College of Business, who presented a session titled "Stress Management for Leaders." During the discussion, she shared practical strategies for managing stress, preventing burnout, and maintaining personal well-being while leading others.

During the Houston Cougars’ first road game of the football season in September, UH Dining Services kept the game day spirit alive on campus with its Coog Tailgate event at Cougar Woods Dining Commons.
