The HR Service Center will be extending on-site hours beginning May 3rd, 2021 to continue assisting staff, faculty, and students, by appointment only, with I-9’s, Time Collection Device enrollments, and certain Verifications of Employment. You can set up an appointment by calling 713-743-3988 or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In addition, our on-site hours of operation will be from 8:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday through Friday.
Please note that the HR Service center continues to be available with remote services via phone or email from 8:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday through Friday, to assist you virtually. This also includes assistance with I-9 requests. In addition, if you require assistance with your benefits or retirement, including submitting documents, you can call 713-743-5915 for general benefits or 713-743-3689 for retirement.
