Students Enjoy Mardi Gras Delights at Moody Towers
Moody Towers Dining Commons transformed into a vibrant Mardi Gras celebration during UH Dining Services’ Delight‑Ful event, welcoming students, faculty, and staff with Cajun‑inspired dishes and a festive community atmosphere. The menu featured fried shrimp po’boys, red beans and rice, shrimp and grits, and classic gumbo.
February is Canned Food Month
Emergencies can occur with little warning and one of the easiest and most effective ways to be prepared is to maintain a small supply of non-perishable food. February is Canned Food Month, and the Office of Emergency Management encourages students, faculty, and staff to keep canned goods in their preparedness kit.

Copy, Print and Delivery Services celebrates In-Plant Awareness Month by showcasing its accomplishments over the past year and offering an example of the steps involved in completing a project. The In-Plant Printing and Mailing Association (IPMA) created the event to recognize the dedicated in-house design, printing, mailing, and distribution teams and to introduce the public to the complexity and precision of the industry during February.
