VISION 2027 reflects our unwavering commitment to continuous improvement in processes,
programs, and services, especially in enhancing campus safety and security. Our leadership
envisions a seamless service environment, reallocating human capital and savings to
strategic university priorities. We recognize that the services and programs within
the Division of Administration and Finance are the cornerstones of this great university.
Our work supports all university divisions and colleges in achieving their strategic
goals. By enhancing and automating services, we free up the academic community to
focus on student success and doubling research expenditures critical milestones for
becoming a top 50 public university.
