Welcome to the Division of Administration and Finance at the University of Houston, comprised of more than 1,100 employees within eight business units reporting to the Senior Vice President for Administration and Finance.

As an integral foundation with a Commitment to Service Excellence, the Mission of the Division of Administration and Finance is to provide a platform for nationally competitive and internationally recognized opportunities of learning, discovery and engagement for a diverse student population in a real-world setting by leading, supporting and enabling Strategic Goals of institutional effectiveness for the University of Houston and the University of Houston System.

    Cougar Card Upload Photo Checklist

    Getting your Cougar Card is now easy as 1,2,3 with the simple 3-step process. This process includes uploading your photo on the Access UH Dashboard, receiving an email notifying if your photo has been approved or denied, and lastly making an appointment to pick up your Cougar Card from the Cougar Card Office. “ The three step process allows you to capture your smile with a contactless experience without standing in a line”, stated Lear Hickman, Assistant Director of Cougar Card Office.

    Human Resources Hosts First Virtual Wellness Fair

    During the two weeks of open enrollment, the Benefits Team hosted a virtual Benefits and Wellness Fair for the UH Community. There were 90+ virtual sessions that were offered to our Faculty and Staff ranging in topic from Medical to Retirement to Health and Wellbeing. With over 1,000 employees participating, the Benefits Team considers this a successful event. A huge thank you to the team for pioneering the first ever virtual UH Benefits Fair. Great Job!
