Departments from the Division of Administration spend part of their summer educating
incoming University of Houston freshmen, transfer students, and their parents with
all the necessary information to ensure their student's first year at UH is a success.
On hand to share information were Cougar Card Services, Parking & Transportation Services,
Campus Safey, the UH Campus Store, and the University of Houston Police Department.

The upcoming freshman class, and their family members, heard from Danielle Ruiz, Cougar
Card Services Customer Service Specialist, on all the things a Cougar Card can do
for students on campus during a presentation at Cullen Performance Hall.

with freshman at the resource fair and shared with them the different parking permits,
lots, and garages. As well as the different services the department offers such as
cougar ride and cougar line shuttles, and bike/scooter registration.
