Tiffany’s dedication to outreach, expanding campus-wide partnerships and promoting professional development opportunities have exemplified her passion for service to UH students, faculty, and staff. As the associate director of UCS, Tiffany’s aim is to foster relationships with faculty, staff, and student leaders from all academic programs. She is charged with increasing awareness of career development services including bridging resources across divisions, and building networks with Exploratory Studies, UHin4, Graduate and Professional programs, Academic Advising, faculty, university student organizations and other key university entities.
Tiffany joined University Career Services in 2014 and during this time, she has directly impacted UCS in the areas of building partnerships and implementing student support programs at UH. Her successful leadership during the rebranding of UCS through targeted marketing and communications for campus-wide career fairs, and events such as Professional Development Week and the Graduate School Prep Series have directly increased awareness of UCS services for freshmen through alumni.
Prior to UH, Tiffany’s diverse higher education experience includes over ten years of experience supporting first-generation college students as well as developing advising teams. She is passionate about student development in higher education and expanding career preparation and awareness for all students. Tiffany holds both a Master of Science in Counseling with an emphasis in Student Development in Higher Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach. Tiffany’s certifications include Strong Interest Inventory, and the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) Coaching series.
