Clicking Through the Kitchen: Inside the Virtual Lab Revolution

Hilton College's Katie Ginapp, Daniel Casanova, and Liliana Soto have launched the Sysco Kitchen 360 Tour to help students master commercial kitchens before their first day of lab. Funded by a $2,000 UH OPEN Program grant, this interactive Canvas tool uses virtual tours and video guides to build student confidence, with plans to expand the technology into online classes using virtual escape rooms.
