Gourmet Night
Since 1974, this student-planned event has been Hilton College’s most treasured tradition. Over an entire year, student leaders plan every detail—from theme to budget, menu, and entertainment—culminating in an unforgettable evening of exquisite dining and celebration. Proceeds benefit scholarships and educational programs.
Cougar Grounds
Our student-run coffeehouse is more than a café—it’s a tradition of hospitality excellence. Students gain real-world experience managing operations, serving customers, and introducing new innovations in a welcoming space for the UH community.
