Cougar Grounds is the first student-run coffeehouse on a U.S college campus and a hands-on learning lab for Hilton College students. From sourcing and staffing to marketing and operations, students manage every aspect of the business. With two busy locations, Cougar Grounds offers real-world experience in entrepreneurship and food and beverage leadership.

The Hilton University of Houston is a full-service teaching hotel where 70% of the staff are hospitality students. From front desk to banquets, students gain real-world experience across all departments. With 86 guest rooms, meeting spaces, and a full-service restaurant, the hotel serves as a dynamic training ground for future hospitality leaders.

Step into the world's largest collection dedicated to preserving the story of hospitality. Housed in the Massad Family Library Research Center, the archives hold thousands of rare menus, photographs, documents, and memorabilia from industry icons like Marriott, Westin, and Howard Johnson. From Mad Men set designs to published features by the Smithsonian and New York's Waldorf Astoria, Hollywood productions, historians, and hospitality pros alike turn to our archives for authentic details that bring the past to life.
