Legacy runs deep at Hilton College, and few families reflect that more than the Plancks. Robert “Bob” Planck, a member of our very first graduating class in 1971, built a life defined by hospitality, mentorship and pride in his alma mater.

Today, his family’s name welcomes students into the heart of our building: The Planck Family Student Lobby. This vibrant space honors Bob, Sharron and Jeff Planck while carrying forward their spirit of community.

The lobby features a digital donor wall celebrating those who invest in our future, along with a student hangout area designed for gathering, collaboration and connection.

More than a tribute, the Planck Family Student Lobby is a lasting gift, one that honors the past while shaping the next generation of hospitality leaders.
