Spec’s Beverage & Food Appreciation Laboratory
This state-of-the-art tasting lab introduces students to the science and artistry
of pairing food and beverages. Courses include guided tastings of wine, beer, and
spirits, with emphasis on sensory evaluation and responsible beverage management.
Hospitality Analytics & Innovation Lab
A hub for data-driven decision-making, this lab equips students with the tools to
