How to schedule an appointment

  • Log In to AccessUH
  • Click the Cougar Pathway icon
  • On the Cougar Pathway homepage, click “Request a Counseling Appointment”
  • Select "Virtual" or "Phone" as your appointment location

Connect with a Career Counselor during our Virtual Chat Hours

(15-minute virtual drop-in sessions)

To access virtual chats: Log onto www.uh.edu/ucs and look for the red 'Get Help' (Live Chat) to the right of the screen.

Summer Hours will resume June 1 and end July 31

  • Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 1-4 pm

Spring Hours (end Friday, May 15)

  • Mondays: 9am - 12pm and 1pm - 5pm
  • Tuesdays: 9am - 12pm and 1pm - 5pm
  • Wednesdays: 9am - 12pm and 1pm - 4pm
  • Thursdays: 9am - 12pm and 1pm - 4pm
  • Fridays: 1pm - 4pm
