Small Group Training

Do you enjoy exercising in a group environment but still need some extra guidance and motivation?  If so, our small group training program provides a personalized learning experience, allowing the instructor to address individual questions and needs. You will find it fosters a sense of community and motivation among participants, making the learning process more enjoyable and effective for you.

Zero to 5k will prepare you for your first 5k! Our trainers will slowly progress the duration each week. They will provide tips for your 5k from diet to training regime. After the program, we will give you a list of local 5ks. The benefits of this program include high-calorie burn, improved cardiovascular endurance, stress relief, and 5k preparation.
