Small Group Training
Do you enjoy exercising in a group environment but still need some extra guidance and motivation? If so, our small group training program provides a personalized learning experience, allowing the instructor to address individual questions and needs. You will find it fosters a sense of community and motivation among participants, making the learning process more enjoyable and effective for you.
Beginner Strength Training

Dancing with the Rec

- Description: Dancers of all levels can find encouragement and support as they learn choreographed dances each week. For 4 weeks you will be guided by the enthusiasm of experienced dancers who are always eager to share their passion. Dance is a universal language and Whether you're a dancer, a spectator, or someone who simply appreciates the beauty of artistic expression, "Dancing with the Rec" is an event that leaves a lasting impression. This class is for all fitness levels. A minimum of 3 participants is required.
