Virtual Women on Weights

Women on Weights teaches women proper weight-lifting etiquette, technique and routine. The goals are to assist women in improving posture, increasing strength and optimizing body composition. Exercise at home using live video coaching in a small group setting once per week with workouts planned for other days of the week. Sign up, space is limited at myrec.uh.edu

Virtual Downsizing

Downsizing is a 6-week program that helps you bring body fat percentage to a healthy range by providing education, activity, and behavior change support. Using live virtual video training, your coach will help you integrate consistent exercise, proper nutrition, and healthy behavior into your life. You can expect one live session per week with weekly goals and group accountability throughout the 6 weeks. Sign up, space is limited at myrec.uh.edu
