• Schedule your advising appointment using Navigate via AccessUH or the mobile app. Use the location code EDUC – Education Online/Remote Appointments. Include the reason for your visit when scheduling to help your advisor plan. 
• Prepare for your appointment by writing down your questions and printing and reviewing your Advisement Report ahead of your meeting. 
• If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel via Navigate.

If you plan to teach at the high school level or teach art or music, you must major in the subject you want to teach and, in most cases, minor in education. Start the process by talking to the advisor in the department of your major or an education minor advisor.
