Beau Trent-Pierce

Beau Trent-Pierce brings a wealth of experience in student affairs, leadership development, and student support services to the University of Houston. Before joining CSAC, she worked in student life, student conduct, and leadership programs at Southwestern University, Austin Community College, Southeastern Oklahoma State University, and The University of Texas at Austin. Her work has focused on student transition programs, policy development, and strengthening institutional support for students.

As Associate Director for CSAC, Trent-Pierce oversees daily operations, collaborates with campus partners, and works to remove obstacles that may impact students’ academic and personal success. She is dedicated to fostering an environment where students feel empowered to navigate their college experience and access the resources they need.

Trent-Pierce is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Higher Education at Texas Tech University. She holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership & Policy from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s in Biology from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. She is passionate about building strong student support systems and ensuring that all students have the opportunity to succeed.
