About Me

Stephanie Pérez-Gill is a higher education professional with over a decade of experience across K–12 and postsecondary education, specializing in college access, student success, and community-engaged programming. She currently serves as Program Director at the ACES Institute at the University of Houston, where she leads grant-funded initiatives, and builds strategic partnerships to support underserved students. Her background as an educator and college counselor informs her commitment to practical, research-driven solutions that improve student outcomes. Pérez-Gill is also an active scholar-practitioner whose research focuses on equity in higher education, and she is currently completing a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership and Policy Studies at the University of Houston.
