About Me

Dell Ivy (he/him) is the Program Manager for Student Experience at the C. T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. Originally from Mississippi, Dell leads student-centered initiatives that support academic success, leadership development, and professional growth. He manages the Emerging Leaders and Academic Success Program (ELASP) helping students navigate key transitions in their academic journey. With over five years of experience in higher education, including work at Mississippi State University, Dell has a strong background in student engagement, mentorship, and strategic programming. He is especially committed to expanding access and opportunities for underrepresented students and first-year transition programming.
