Participants will explore their Top 5 Strengths, learn how these natural abilities influence their academic and personal success, and discover ways to apply them in teamwork, leadership, and career planning. Through guided discussions and activities, students will gain self-awareness, confidence, and strategies to maximize their strengths in everyday life.
