Chelsea Dickens has built her career in higher education through a passion for student engagement, event operations, and leadership development. Her professional journey has led her to the University of Houston, where she currently serves as the Student Centers Events & Sales Manager, overseeing complex event logistics, client partnerships, and campus space management. She is driven by a commitment to developing others, creating meaningful experiences, and building strong, people-centered teams. Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys creative projects, community involvement, and finding ways to bring structure and fun together in everything she does. Her long-term goal is to continue advancing in higher education leadership while helping students and colleagues recognize and leverage their strengths to succeed.
