2025 ALL-STATE STRINGS WORKSHOP

Join us at the University of Houston Moores School of Music for our annual All-State Strings Workshop, open to violin, viola, cello, bass, and harp students preparing for the Texas All-Region and All-State auditions.

Led by the distinguished string faculty at the Moores School of Music, this one-day workshop offers focused instruction on etudes and excerpts, mock auditions, and personalized feedback to help students perform with confidence.

At the conclusion of the workshop, all participants will have the opportunity to take part in a mock audition and receive constructive feedback from faculty.

Through expert instruction and hands-on guidance, students will:

• Refine their performance of All-Region and All-State etudes and excerpts
• Strengthen audition skills in a supportive environment
• Participate in a mock audition with faculty feedback
• Gain confidence and motivation for the audition process

Tuition & Scholarships

The tuition fee is $65, and includes lunch. After submitting the registration form, students will receive a payment link by email.

Logistics
Drop-off and pick-up will take place at the Moores School of Music. Visitor parking is available, and full instructions will be included in your info sheet after registration.
