Reliable Technology Support for the Arts Community
The IT Support Office provides essential technical services to ensure the Kathrine G. McGovern College of the Arts runs smoothly. We support faculty, staff, and students by maintaining hardware, managing software systems, and addressing tech-related issues. From troubleshooting daily problems to planning long-term technology upgrades, our goal is to empower academic and administrative success through reliable, innovative IT solutions. We work closely with other university IT units to ensure secure, streamlined, and up-to-date services that meet the evolving needs of the college.
WHAT WE DO
Our office provides technical support, system maintenance, device configuration, device ordering, user training, and security guidance. We serve as the frontline resource for resolving hardware and software issues and help facilitate access to university systems and platforms.
OUR GOALS
Ensure rapid response and resolution of IT issues. Support digital learning and administrative systems. Provide secure and updated technology infrastructure. Enable staff and faculty through training and system optimization. Align IT strategy with KGMCA’s mission of creative and academic excellence.
