Nominate and/or Recommend a staff employee for a President’s Excellence Award!
To nominate a staff member for an award, review the Award Guidelines and Award FAQs. Then complete the Nomination Form below in its entirety. Next facilitate the submission of a minimum of 2 Recommendation Forms/Letters (but no more than 4) in support of the nominee.
Colleagues who would like to support a nomination may use the preferred Recommendation Form below to submit their letters of support. Alternatively, Recommendation letters can be submitted via attachments or emailed to Court Stein at firstname.lastname@example.org with cc: to Jennifer Schaudt at email@example.com.
To be considered for an award, Nomination and Recommendation Forms must be submitted by Wednesday, August 2nd, by 5:00 PM.
