Residential Community Qualifications

In order to live in a residential area on campus students must meet certain requirements for that community. A brief description of these requirements is listed below.

Cougar Village I	Newly admitted Freshmen
Cougar Village II	Newly admitted Freshmen
Moody Towers - North Tower	Students who have sophomore standing or higher or Age 20 or older by September 1 or Any returning resident who participates in Priority Room Selection
Moody Towers - South Tower	Newly admitted Freshmen
Cougar Place	Students who have sophomore standing or higher or Age 20 or older by September 1 or Any returning resident who participates in Priority Room Selection
The Quad	Students who have sophomore standing or higher or Age 20 or older by September 1 or Any returning resident who participates in Priority Room Selection
Bayou Oaks	Students who have sophomore standing or higher or Age 20 or older by September 1 or Any returning resident who participates in Priority Room Selection
University Lofts	Students who have a junior standing or higher or Age 21 or older by September 1
