Priority Room Selection

Current students, the time is now to plan what residential hall you will be living for the 2027-28 academic year! 

Get first dibs on your preferred housing, select your roommates and avoid the $150 housing application fee when you participate in priority room selection for the 2027–28 academic year.

For this upcoming academic year, room selection includes three phases throughout November. Pick the option that works best for you.

*Not available to current residents in Cougar Village I and II or Moody Towers South. Community eligibility requirements apply, so review them before the selection period closes on Nov. 30.
