Born and raised in Vietnam, I have called the United States home for over a decade. I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Hospitality Management from the University of Houston, building a strong foundation in service and operations. My professional journey began at Fidelity Investments, where I spent three years honing my skills in financial services and operations. I now work at EVA Air, combining my passion for travel with a career in aviation. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, exploring new destinations, and spending time with my beloved dogs, who keep life joyful and full of energy.
