Jeffrey Conley

Jeffrey Conley is a hospitality veteran with over 28 years of experience leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences across luxury and international brands. Originally from Buffalo, New York, Jeffrey holds a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the University at Buffalo and a Master’s degree in Hospitality Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Jeffrey’s career has spanned iconic destinations and prestigious roles, including serving as Director of Food and Beverage at Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Puerto Rico (2021–2023), and Director of Food and Beverage for Marriott International’s CALA Region (2023–2025). He currently serves as the Director of Operations at The Ritz-Carlton, San Francisco, where he continues to elevate operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Outside of work, he enjoys running, spending time with his family—including his 10-year-old son Alejandro and their 105-pound German Shepherd—and embracing the vibrant culture of the Bay Area.
