Nurses’ Clinic STD Screening Special at the Student Health Center

STD AWARENESS WEEK IS APRIL 14, 2024 - APRIL 20,2024

The Student Health Center will hold a Nurses STD Screening Clinic from April 15, 2024 - April 19, 2024, to offer a STD Screening Bundle to UH Students without symptoms of STDs.

COST:

• Students Without Insurance: No Office Visit Fee. STD Screening Bundle - $39.00
• Students Enrolled in the UH System Student Health Insurance Plan: Covered @ 100%
• Students with Insurance Accepted By Quest Diagnostics: No Office Visit fee and Quest Diagnostics will file a claim per your insurance plan agreement. Copayment/deductible may apply.

Appointments are available to UH Students who:

• Are not currently experiencing symptoms of an STD
• Have not been informed that a sexual partner has tested positive for an STD
• Are wanting all 4 tests in the STD Bundle (chlamydia, gonorrhea, HIV, and syphilis)
• Are not wanting to consult with a medical provider for a more thorough discussion, exam, and/or treatment for possible STD infection.

If you have a positive or inconclusive result for HIV or Syphilis, additional state-mandated confirmatory testing will be required. Students will be responsible for any additional charges resulting from this testing.
