The City of Houston is repairing a water leak on MLK Blvd. on Wednesday, December 21st and our building will be without water during the repairs.

Our staff will be working remotely, and Primary Care appointments have been converted to telehealth.

All immunization appointments have been canceled and notifications were sent out via text or secure message. Please contact us if you would like to reschedule your immunization appointment for Thursday, December 22nd.

As usual, our call center will be available during regular business hours at 713-743-5151.
