Yoga to Manage your Stress with Chris Young

This beginner’s yoga class is designed for today’s work environment and all levels. No special mats or equipment required. No special workout clothes needed. Most importantly, no experience practicing yoga is required! This class will be 30 mins from 9-9:30am.

This class will be led over Zoom by Christopher Young, TxDOT Workforce Development Director, RYT 200
