Shops and offices that are not eligible to manage their waste under laboratory rules must manage their waste according to the non-laboratory provisions of the regulated waste manual. These responsibilities generally include: 

• Notification to EHS of processes that generate waste
• Classification of wastes according to regulation
• Satellite accumulation of applicable wastes
• Compliance with all other applicable rules, policies, and regulations
