  • Describe why you are pursuing the Health Science Education Certificate and how it aligns with your professional goals.
• Teaching/Training Experience:
  • Describe a meaningful experience mentoring, precepting, or teaching in a health-care setting and what it revealed about your interest in health-science education.
• Advancing Health Professions:
  • Explain your interest in improving health professions education and how this certificate will help you contribute to your field.
• Future Contributions:
  • Explain how you plan to use this certificate to support learners, peers, patients, or your organization.

• 1-2 pages, double-spaced
• Times New Roman font (12 point)
• 1-inch margins

The application fee is $25.
