The Department of Health and Human Performance is pleased to announce the winners of the Irene Buckner Graduate Scholarship for 2020-2021. This scholarship is available to students pursuing a Master's degree program in the Department of Health and Human Performance.

The Irene Buckner Graduate endowment was established by Irene Buckner’s husband, Dr. W.P. Buckner, Jr. to honor her achievements in establishing wellness programs for students. Buckner’s leadership skills challenged students to set high academic goals for themselves in order to master the competencies needed for successful, responsible, healthy living
