Students wishing to apply for admission into a graduate degree or residency/fellowship program should select their program of interest on the Prospective Students page.
PharmCAS Application
The University of Houston College of Pharmacy participates in the Pharmacy College Application Service (PharmCAS), a centralized application service that offers the convenience of one general application for multiple doctor of pharmacy degree programs.
In order to apply online for the Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) Program for Fall 2013, go to www.pharmcas.org.
The PharmCAS application DEADLINE is January 7, 2013.
Supplemental Application
The UH College of Pharmacy requires a supplemental application fee in the amount of $100.00.
The Supplemental Application for the University of Houston College of Pharmacy will be sent to the applicant electronically once the PharmCAS processing team has verified the applicant's information (ie. PharmCAS application, college transcript[s], processed PharmCAS fee, etc.).
Since PharmCAS processing may take up to five weeks once all required materials are received, applicants are encouraged to apply early.
The PharmCAS ID MUST be provided on each item of the supplemental application materials.
UHCOP Supplemental Application materials consist of:
- $100.00 nonrefundable Supplemental Application Fee (personal check or money order)
- Credit by Examination Documentation Items (if applicable)
- International Transcript Evaluation Process (if applicable)
- Official U.S. high school transcript to show completion of high school physics (if applicable)
- Residency Questionnaire (documentation required if requesting in-state 'Texas' residency)

Enrollment Deposit
Applicants who receive official notice of his/her conditional acceptance into the Pharm.D. program must submit a nonrefundable $400.00 enrollment deposit. A portion of this deposit will be credited toward his/her tuition and fees.
