Alumni and Friends of the UH College of Pharmacy play an integral role in ensuring educational excellence by helping to create a talented, committed pool of future professionals and researchers.

Often in partnership with the UH Pharmacy Alumni Association, the college presents many opportunities for alumni, students and friends to network, socialize, expand their knowledge, advance the pharmacy profession and contribute to the quality of life of our communities.   

Whether through research collaborations or financial support from individuals, corporations and foundations, the college's alumni and friends are essential partners in providing students with enhanced learning opportunities, scholarships and awards, and up-to-date classrooms, laboratories and computer technology.

2013 Homecoming Game and Tailgate - TBA

Alumni and DAC members Bruce Biundo and Renee Prescott welcomed student Van Hoang and fellow alumnus Dominic Vu at the Fall 2012 Back to School Social.

Pharmacy, fellowship, food and football fever are the words of the day as alumni, students, faculty and staff show off their Cougar Pride each fall at the Homecoming Game and Tailgate celebration.

Alumni/Student Back to School Social

The UHCOP Dean's Advisory Council recently sponsored the Fall Alumni/Student Back to School Social at Sawyer Park in Houston.

Alumni and Friends Receptions

The College hosts or co-hosts alumni and friends receptions at professional meetings, such as APhA, TPA, TSHP and ASHP. In addition, alumni host regional Meet the Dean Receptions in their homes around the state.

Frontier Fiesta

Frontier Fiesta is an annual student-run, Texas-style festival that brings together all areas of the university community.
