UH Human Resources’ CATALYST Learning Programs in partnership with Staff Council present a special professional development webinar. Staff will learn competencies dealing with strategic collaboration, social and emotional awareness, career progression, and future planning through the lens of change.

"Developing Competencies Through Change" is the first event in the new Staff Affairs Professional Development series by Staff Council. This series focuses on sharing critical staff resources and educational tools to expand opportunities, increase knowledge, and empower staff.  

CATALYST is a learning and development program designed to provide opportunities for staff to enhance knowledge and develop skills for future opportunities within the University of Houston. This program features innovative development courses for Individual Contributors, Supervisors, Managers and Senior Leaders.
