Personal Trainer Bio Board

Name: Tania Rodriguez
Certification: NASM Certified Personal Trainer
Specialization: Strength, Endurance, HIT, Mobility
Fitness Interests/ Hobbies: I love to run, play soccer, and the guitar.
Autobiography: I am a huge exercise fanatic! I enjoy long runs and intense workouts. My personal goal is to run multiple marathons and hopefully run an Ironman one of these days.
The most rewarding part of my job as a personal trainer is hearing my clients say that they feel stronger, and healthier as we go deeper into their training sessions.
I truly believe that a healthy lifestyle starts with workouts that you enjoy, along with a healthy diet. In my training, I try to incorporate workouts that are both enjoyable and beneficial to my clients. These training sessions will help increase your knowledge about the proper training techniques, improve your mobility, cardiovascular endurance, strength, and allow you to feel more confident going into the weight room.
Name: Robert Diaz

Fitness Interests/ Hobbies: Currently working out to feel good about myself and I am on the road to having a 300-pound bench
Autobiography: I am currently a 19-year-old sophomore here at the University of Houston, I am a born and raised Venezuelan man that moved to Houston, TX when I was 11. Ever since I was little I was always a skinny kid but I was tired of it when I got into high school and started playing sports. Once I started working out I fell in love with it and the feelings of achievement I got from it and I have continued working out since then. One of my goals in life since I started working out has always been to teach and help other people learn to love working out, I have been able to achieve this goal in small fragments with some of my high school friends, but through this job, I am hoping to achieve this goal in a greater scale.
