Health Benefits:  Navigate in PeopleSoft HRMS: Benefits - Health Benefits, then enter Empl ID of the employee.  The Coverage Code will say Employee Only, Employee and Spouse, Employee and Dependents, or Employee and Family.

Retirement Benefits:  Navigate in PeopleSoft HRMS: Benefits - Savings Plans, then enter Empl ID.  The Plan Type will specify Optional Retirement-pre 1996 (8.5%), Optional Retirement-post-1996 (6.58%), or TRS (6.58%).

Longevity Rate:  Navigate in PeopleSoft HRMS:  Benefits - Review Accrual Balances, then enter the Empl ID.  The Service Date will be listed under "Service Data."  Then utilize the longevity SAM to determine the longevity rate.
