Yoga with Campus Recreation

During times when we feel overwhelmed with stress, grief or/and fear, we can find ourselves tensed up and stressed both physically and emotionally. Relax your mind and body by participating in the gentle and restorative practice of yoga! Grab a towel or mat and find a comfortable spot at home to join us for one or more of these live group sessions.

This class is held at a gentle pace in order to learn the foundational poses of yoga. Participants will learn how to integrate the concepts of yoga through breathing techniques, postural alignment and how to be more present to your mind, body and spirit.
