***SOC INTERNSHIP (4394) is a 3 hour option for advanced electives.

3400 and 3401 also have required labs that must be taken at the time 3400 and 3401 are taken. These courses are 4 hours credit with labs.

***SOC 3300 and Soc 3400 should be taken during Junior year and 3401 should be taken senior year. students cannot enroll in 3401 until 3300 and 3400 are completed.

• A Senior honors thesis

* A Minimum of 120 hours (including 36 advanced hours - 3000/4000 level) must be completed for this degree plan. No more than 66 hours from a Junior college can apply towards the degree . The last 30 hours must be completed uninterrupted, at the University of Houston Main campus.
