B. Psychological testing for ADHD (Medication only)

ADHD Assessment: 2-hour assessment/interview session with the client, followed by a 2-hour final session two weeks after the assessment. Includes written report with diagnosis and personalized treatment plan. At the client’s request, report can be faxed to client’s primary care physician or psychiatrist along with a letter recommending a consultation for medication. Also provides therapy for ADHD in-house which can be provided by therapist who accepts insurance.

All clients attend 1 hour clinical interview ($225) after which one of four assessments are recommended: 1. ADHD screener which includes computer testing (TOVA), behavioral rating scales, report and a 60 minute results session (+$425), 2. ADHD enhanced screener which includes the above plus a brief IQ (WASI) (+$1185), 3. ADHD testing which includes the above, using the WAIS ($1680-$1845 depending on necessity of extensive record review), 4. Full psychological testing for academic accommodations required by Student Accessibility Center/ UH ($2175). Reports are provided 3 weeks from the last testing day, or 7 to 10 business days if students pay an expedited fee (+15%).

C. Psychological testing for ADHD/ SLD (for accommodations)

Faculty, postdocs, and supervised advanced graduate students provide extensive assessment of multiple concerns with a 25-40 page integrative report. Test battery includes IQ test and specialty assessments selected on the basis of clients’ presenting concerns (could include tests for learning disabilities, ADHD, autism, speech/ language impairment, intellectual disability, executive functioning problems, giftedness, genetic disorders, forensics, neuropsychological issues). No insurances accepted. Sliding scale available. Wait time may be a couple of months.
