For UH Departments / Approved Off-Campus Employers:

• Register: Sign up for the event in Cougar Pathway.
• Job Postings: Post your available positions on Cougar Pathway.
• Mandatory Training: Attend the CWS Supervisor Training on July 10, 2026. This training is a prerequisite for approval to hire CWS students.
  • Important note: Please be aware that the online self-paced CWS T.A.P (Training for Administrator Professionals) training will not be available until after August 31, 2026. Make sure to attend the virtual CWS supervisor training in July for timely approval to hire CWS students.

For Students:

• RSVP: Register for the event in Cougar Pathway.
• Preparation:
  • Bring multiple copies of your resume.
  • Dress in business casual attire.
  • Have a general idea of your course schedule for Fall 2026 (employers may want to know when you can work).
• Work-Study Eligibility: Confirm your eligibility for work-study here before attending.
