Dear UH Community,

The University of Houston is moving forward in its efforts to identify the next dean for the Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture and Design. A search committee is now in place and will be co-chaired by Kathrine G. McGovern College of the Arts Dean Andrew Davis and architecture professor and Graduate Design/Build Studio Coordinator Patrick Peters.

The committee includes distinguished faculty, staff, and leadership from the college, as well as representatives from the University and Houston's architectural community. I am grateful to these individuals for their dedication to this vital task.
