Career Recruitment Events
In the fall, the College of Pharmacy hosts a Career Expo for P1, P2 and P3 students and a Job Fair-P4 Interviews for the graduating Pharm.D. candidates; in the spring, P1 students participate in interviews with recruiters for summer job positions during the P1-P2 Internship Interview Fair.

The Career Expo provides an opportunity for P1-P3 students to meet and interact with recruiters and colleagues who offer job opportunities to students who will have completed at least 30 hours of the professional program by the upcoming summer. This FREE event also allows first-year students and recruiters to get to know each other in preparation for the spring semester P1 Interview Day.

The annual Job Fair-P4 Interviews connects graduating Pharm.D. candidates with dozens of placement recruiters with career opportunities throughout Houston, Texas and the U.S.
Recruiters at the event represent a range of pharmacy organizations involved in community, hospital/clinical, long-term care and managed care practice settings, consulting and the pharmaceutical industry.
