UH 2020 Teaching Excellence Awards
- Dr. Melahat Almus has been selected as the winner of the 2020 Provost Core Award. The Provost Core Award was established to honor faculty who have demonstrated excellence in teaching University Undergraduate Core Curriculum courses. - Professor Krešimir Josić has been awarded the 2020 Moores Professorship Award. The Moores Professor’s Program was established to honor full-time tenured faculty who have achieved the rank of full professor at the University of Houston and who have made outstanding contributions in the following areas: research, scholarship/creative activities, teaching and service.
