Bio:

Scott Roberts, Software Development Manager at Paycom, has worked in software development for over 20 years in varied industries from retail c-stores, hotel reservations systems, to telecom billing solutions. His experience ranges from small startups to companies generating hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue. Scott has experience as both an in-house developer and an outside solution provider with large corporations as clients. Scott holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Oklahoma.
