Join Alexis Schminke and Moran Prince of Texas DPS for this webinar focused on creative and applicable ways to incorporate movement when busy and eating nutrient dense food with your friends in this session. Balancing work, family, kids, or school can make taking time to move difficult. Not to mention, sticking to a nutrient dense meal plan during work travel, long shifts, sport gatherings and tailgating season can be challenging.

Participate and learn realistic methods to:

  • Enjoy movement with your family or friends by carving out time that works best for you
  • Eat with friends or co-workers with a mindset that will not compromise dietary satisfaction
