Laboratory Safety Awareness Week 2023 is over, and EHS thanks everyone that participated.
EHS, in collaboration with the Campus Safety, Health, and Environmental Management
Association (CSHEMA), is recognizing Lab Safety Awareness Week February 13, 2023 to
February 17, 2023. Lab Safety Awareness Week is an event that fosters the opportunity
to recognize the efforts of laboratory health and safety programs. It is also an opportunity
to obtain feedback and ideas from the campus research community.
EHS will be hosting meet and greets across campus to answer questions and provide
pertinent safety resources to the university and research community. Also, posters
with select lab safety topics will be located throughout various campus science buildings.
Please stop by the EHS tables at the following locations for a chat with your EHS
team members and a chance to pick up some cool freebies:
- February 14, 2023: Science and Engineering Research Center (SERC), First Floor Lobby from 9 am - 12 pm
- February 15, 2023: Health 2, First Floor Lobby from 9 am – 12 pm
